– Brees leads Warner in passing yardage, 3,574 to 3,506. (Note: Warner, too, is on pace to beat Marino’s mark, with 5,099 passing yards. But Brees figures to get there first and throw for more.)

– Brees has thrown more touchdown passes, 22-21.
